Hi Jacob,

     After hearing that the three  dot files that begin with RealNetworks
in my home directory were no longer needed because I'm running RealPlayer
7, I moved them out.  I was not able to play any RealAudio files.  When I
moved them back, RealPlayer worked again.  Might you have those files in
your home directory after all?
