"ot" procmail

On many slackware based linux systems, Sendmail is preconfigured to use
procmail as a "local mailer" so a >forward file is not needed to have
procmail spawned.  Though that is another way to get the job done if for
whatever reason, sendmail hasn't been set up to what I described.

procmail is spawned from your .forward file and rereads the
~/.procmailrc file whenever it is executed by a  message
delivery.
