speakup reflector

The commands that you gave won't get you on the reflector, though they
will connect you directly to Kirk if he happens to be running Speak Freely
in the office.  Here are the commands to get on the reflector:

sfspeaker &
sfspeaker -p4074 &
sfmike lwl.braille.uwo.ca:4074

Notice the "lwl." at the start of the host name in the last command.
