speakup reflector

Hi all.

Looking for some help please.

Matt gave me these comamnds.

>sfspeaker &
>sfspeaker -p4074 &
>sfmike lwl.braille.uwo.ca:4074

I understand the commands if i'm in a linux command-line interface.
But, I'm in the windows version of speakfreely.
Where would I type these commands in the win interface?

I look under the file menu and get new, open etc.
There is not a place that I can find to put the commands above.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.
