Anyone tried to install Emacspeak with Redhat7.0 and Doubletalk LT speech synthesizer

Hello, listers!
Anyone of you tried to install Emacspeak on a Redhat7.0 with a Doubletalk LT 
synthesizer? I install successfully, but Doubletalk LT refuses to talk . All 
the TCL tests fail too.
I'd like to hear some experiences.
